Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer after the return is verified.
